【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsandtestmethodsforthestructureofalltypesofkitchenandbathroomstorageunitsanddomesticstoragefurniturethatarefullyassembledandreadyforuse,includingkitchenandbathroomworktopsandmovableandnon-movablepartsandpartsmadeofglass.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothestoragefunctiononly.Ifthefurniturehasadditionalfunctions,itisessentialthatitalsomeetstherequirementsoftheappropriateEuropeansafetystandardforthatfunction.ItdoesnotapplytounitscoveredbyEN71-1:1998/A7:2002nortocateringequipment.Safetydependingonthestructureofthebuildingisnotincluded,e.g.thestrengthofwallhangingcabinetsincludesonlythecabinetanditsparts.Thewallandthewallattachmentsarenotincluded.Thestabilitytestsforstoragefurniture(6.6)includeanallowanceforslopingorunevenfloorsandtheeffectofsoftcarpets.
