【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddefinesACSEservicesforASO-associationcontrolinanopensystemsinterconnectionenvironment.ACSEsupportstwomodesofcommunicationservice:connection-modeandconnectionless-mode.TheACSEconnection-modeserviceisprovidedbytheuseoftheconnection-modeACSEprotocol(seeITU-TRec.X.227bis|ISO/IEC15954).TheACSEconnectionless-modeservice(A-UNIT-DATA)isprovidedbytheuseoftheconnectionless-modeACSEprotocol(seeITU-TRec.X.237bis|ISO/IEC15955).FivefunctionalunitsaredefinedintheACSE.ThemandatoryKernelfunctionalunitisusedtoestablishandreleaseASO-associations.TheoptionalAuthenticationfunctionalunitprovidesadditionalfacilitiesforexchanginginformationinsupportofauthenticationduringassociationestablishmentwithoutaddingservices.TheACSEauthenticationfacilitiesmaybeusedtosupportalimitedclassofauthenticationmethods.TheoptionalASO-contextnegotiationfunctionalunitallowsmultipleASO-contextstobeofferedduringassociationestablishment.TheoptionalhigherlevelassociationfunctionalunitprovidesforthefacilitytoidentifyASO-associationsandtransparentlypassdatatochildASOsandallowstheASO-contextorthepresentationcontextonanASO-associationtobemodifiedduringthelifetimeoftheassociation.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.NorequirementismadeforconformancetothisServicedefinition.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheiodometricdeterminationoftheperoxidevalueofanimalandvegetablefatsandoilswithavisualendpointdetection.Theperoxidevalueisameasureoftheamountofoxygenchemicallyboundtoanoilorfatasperoxides,particularlyhydroperoxides.Themethodisapplicabletoallanimalandvegetablefatsandoils,fattyacidsandtheirmixtureswithperoxidevaluesfrom0meqto30meq(milliequivalents)ofactiveoxygenperkilogram.Itisalsoapplicabletomargarinesandfatspreadswithvaryingwatercontent.Themethodisnotsuitableformilkfatsandisnotapplicabletolecithins.Itistobenotedthattheperoxidevalueisadynamicparameter,whosevalueisdependentuponthehistoryofthesample.Furthermore,thedeterminationoftheperoxidevalueisahighlyempiricalprocedureandthevalueobtaineddependsonthesamplemass.Itisstressedthat,duetotheprescribedsamplemass,theperoxidevaluesobtainedcanbeslightlylowerthanthoseobtainedwithalowersamplemass.NOTE1ApreferredmethodfortheiodometricdeterminationoftheperoxidevalueformilkfatsisspecifiedinISO3976.NOTE2AmethodforthepotentiometricdeterminationoftheperoxidevalueisgiveninISO27107.
